The Workshop Production Window
Every Riyumyi automaton is crafted on demand. We completely reject the speed of factory assembly lines. Our artisans require 3-5 business days to cut the raw wood, assemble the precise gearing, and test the mechanical friction of your piece before it ever leaves our workbench.

Packaging and Structural Safety
Wooden mechanics are incredibly fragile. We secure every order within a reinforced three layer protective casing to ensure the natural wood finish and drive shafts remain completely unharmed. To guarantee the absolute safety of our intricate gears, we occasionally ship multiple pieces from the same order in separate reinforced enclosures.

This strict packaging protocol prevents heavy mechanical parts from colliding and causing structural damage to each other during international transit.

Global Dispatch and The Transit Ledger
Once your piece passes our final artisan inspection, it begins its journey to you. For customers in North America and major European regions, transit typically requires 7-15 business days. When your piece leaves our workbench, you will receive a direct dispatch email containing your precise tracking code. We track every single wooden creation we ship. Global courier networks often require1- 3 business days to physically scan and update the digital ledger for your package. Seeing a pending status during this initial transit phase is completely normal. If your tracking remains completely static for more than seven business days, contact our workshop immediately.

International Customs and Import Duties
When your piece crosses international borders, it enters the jurisdiction of your local government. We have absolutely no control over your country tax laws or import duties.

You are completely responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes required to release your package from the port. If a piece is abandoned or destroyed because you refuse to pay these local import fees, we will absolutely deny any refund request. Our workshop bears zero financial responsibility for your national tax policies.

Delivery Accountability and Lost Packages
We operate on a principle of strict mutual accountability. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout, and the package is consequently lost or misdelivered, that financial loss falls entirely on you. We will never issue a refund or a free replacement for a customer data error. However, if your package vanishes due to a dispatch error in our workshop or a verified failure by our logistics partners, we take absolute full responsibility. We will immediately craft and ship a brand new replacement piece at our own expense to honor our commitment to you.
