RIYUMYI Refund policy

We operate a strict thirty day return window. This means you have exactly thirty days after your item arrives to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your wooden mechanical piece must be in the exact pristine condition you received it. It must be completely unused, entirely free from any scratches or handling marks, and safely secured in its original workshop packaging. You will also need to provide your original proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed shipping instructions and the designated return address. Please be aware that you are fully responsible for the return shipping logistics and associated costs. Any packages sent back to our workshop without a prior return authorization will be strictly rejected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Therefore, all customized items, including personalized photo boxes and specially engraved wooden automata, are absolute final sales. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any custom commissions under any circumstances related to a change of mind, subjective preference, or delayed gifting schedules.

The only exception to this ironclad rule is a structural failure on our end. If your custom piece arrives with defective gearing or severe transit damage, you must contact us within forty eight hours of delivery with clear video evidence of the unboxing. Upon our strict verification of the damage, we will swiftly craft a replacement piece to honor our craftsmanship promise.

European Union Fourteen Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above strictly enforced workshop rules, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, European law dictates you have the right to cancel or return your standard order within fourteen days for any reason. To qualify for this specific EU provision, your wooden mechanical piece must still meet our pristine condition standards. It must be completely unused, free from any handling marks, and safely secured in its original packaging without exception. You will need the original proof of purchase. Custom commissions and personalized photo boxes remain absolutely exempt from this rule and are strictly final sales.

The Financial Release Process
We will notify you once we have received and physically inspected your returned piece at our workshop. We will explicitly inform you if the refund has been approved or denied based on the condition of the wood and gears. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your financial ledger.
